With over 10 years of yoga practice experience Jenn Arteaga Palmer views Yoga as a journey of understanding the connection to the true self within. As a heart based yoga teacher Jenn believes that by giving love to ourselves through asana, breath and balance we can build strength both physically and mentally.
Jenn teaches a Heated Power Yoga class at OCY which is a lively Vinyasa style practice. Breath, fun music, balance and a little bit of heat help detox our bodies and helps let everything go.
