Hatha Yoga Teacher Training

As a Certified Hatha Yoga Teacher, Lorean has been leading trainings, workshops and group classes since the late 90s. Offering a traditional approach to YTT.

Experience sharing in a collective of like-minded Yogi's ready to reflect, channeling self-realization and truth.

Study Includes:

• Explore the 7 Chakras 30 day Intensive for each Chakra
• Mantra & Chant
• Asana Study on Alignment, Sanskrit & Benefits (Spiritually & Physically)
• Pose Anatomy
• The study of the 9 Emotions, Rasa Sadhana
• Pranayama, The Sutras & Yogic Philosophy
• Learn to work intuitively with students

Requirements are:

• You are already a student of Loreans' or plan to begin ASAP
• You have had a personal yoga practice of at least 2-3x per week for 6mo+
• You are ready to commit to a 1 year intensive certification program 
• You are able to practice in studio 3-4x per week at OCY with Lorean & our other OCY trained teachers
• You can commit to once a month meetings that include study and asana training
• You can offer volunteer hours as part of your 250 hour training in your community & in-studio if needed
