Preparing for Yoga at Open Center Yoga

  • wear comfortable, stretchable clothing including layers
  • we practice barefoot (feet are cleaned before practice traditionally) but you are welcome to try socks
  • please do not wear perfumes or heavy oils that you might sweat out during practice (skin should be clean to allow pores to cleanse properly)
  • please leave your shoes (and ego) at the door
  • spaces are not assigned - first come, first sit
  • if you are sensitive to incense please choose a location in studio that is not near our burners
  • set your intentions of love and peace

Gentle Yoga and Meditation


Yoga is a practice that turns you inward. Through Asana practice, controlled breathing, and calming relaxation techniques, shift your awareness to living as the witness. Be present in everything you do as you learn to integrate your Yoga Practice with your way of being.  Asana is a tool to welcome our freedom from attachment and its grip on our spirit.

We are a community of like-minded yogi's right here in beautiful Bristol Borough, PA. Please join us. Most classes are walk-in!
