Beginners to Advanced Yogis, all levels of practice are welcome.​

Yoga is the practice of turning in to rediscover your Soul. Through Asana (pose) practice, Pranayama (controlled breathing), and calming relaxation techniques, shift your awareness to living as the witness.

Be present in everything you do as you learn to integrate your Yoga Practice with your way of being.  Asana is a tool to experience our freedom from attachment and its grip on our spirit.

We are a community of like-minded yogi's in beautiful Bristol Borough, PA. Please join us.

  • Sign In when you arrive
  • Set your intentions  
  • Leave as many items as you can home or in your vehicle
  • Please place your phone on silent
  • Classes are walk-in.
  • Online payments accepted for credit. Cash / Credit in studio. 
  • Please remove your shoes at the door. Bring socks if your prefer rather than bare feet
  • Disinfect mat, and any props handled using our cleaners at the "clean station" 
  • Please bring water. Bottles available typically for purchase.
